He has served as the CEO of three companies and knows first-hand the importance and impact of quality product development for emerging and mature companies alike.
Wesley has spent over 15 years in industry as a lead technologist and systems architect and currently serves as a "hired-gun" CTO for multiple companies. His extensive experience in end-to-end digital platform design and product development enables him to quickly and effectively engage with companies to transform conceptual ideas into tangible product. Wesley has considerable infrastructure and application architecture expertise and understands how to streamline development and production operations for maximum efficiency. Residing in Curitiba, Wesley leads AOA's operations in Brazil.
